Who can join Class 11th / Class 12th Commerce Foundation coaching?

Who can pursue CA Foundation?
To pursue Chartered Accountancy through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a candidate must register after Class 10 and can appear for the CA Foundation exam only after passing the Class 12 examination in any stream. The CS Ninja’s Integrated CA Foundation course also welcomes graduates in the 1st or 2nd year of their Bachelor’s degree who want to prepare for CA Foundation alongside regular graduation.
What is the structure of the CA Foundation exam?
The CA Foundation exam consists of 4 papers of 100 marks each (400 marks total): Accounting, Business Laws, Quantitative Aptitude, and Business Economics. Papers 1 & 2 are subjective (3 hours each); Papers 3 & 4 are objective, MCQ-based with negative marking (2 hours each). Students must score at least 40% in each paper and 50% aggregate to pass.
When is the CA Foundation exam conducted?
ICAI conducts the CA Foundation exam three times a year — January, May, and September.
Who can pursue CMA Foundation?
To pursue Cost & Management Accountancy through the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), a candidate must have passed or be appearing in the Class 12 (10+2) examination. The CS Ninja’s Integrated CMA Foundation course also welcomes graduates in the 1st or 2nd year of their Bachelor’s degree.
What is the structure of the CMA Foundation exam?
The CMA Foundation exam consists of 4 papers of 100 marks each: Fundamentals of Business Laws & Business Communication, Fundamentals of Financial & Cost Accounting, Fundamentals of Business Mathematics & Statistics, and Fundamentals of Business Economics & Management. All papers are fully MCQ-based (2 hours each) with no negative marking.
When is the CMA Foundation exam conducted?
ICMAI conducts the CMA Foundation exam twice a year — June and December, in offline centre-based mode.
