CMA Foundation — Integrated Course
For Class 12 appearing/passed students and graduates (1st & 2nd year of Bachelor’s degree)

Eligibility for CMA Foundation Coaching
This Integrated CMA Foundation course at The CS Ninja is open to:
Students who have passed, or are currently appearing in, the Senior Secondary (Class 12 / 10+2) Examination or its equivalent
Graduates currently in the 1st or 2nd year of a Bachelor’s degree who wish to prepare for CMA Foundation alongside their graduation
Students can register for CMA Foundation with ICMAI after Class 10, but can appear for the exam only after passing Class 12.
CMA Foundation — Class 11th & 12th Batch (Early Start Track)
In addition to the Integrated Course above, The CS Ninja also offers a separate, non-integrated batch for students who want to start CMA Foundation preparation early — alongside their regular Class 11th and 12th schooling — by spreading the 4 papers across two years.
CMA Foundation — Class 11th Batch
Covers 2 Papers: Paper 1 (Fundamentals of Business Laws and Business Communication) and Paper 3 (Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics)
Batch duration: July – December
Mock tests and a proper test series included

CMA Foundation — Class 12th Batch
Covers the remaining 2 Papers: Paper 2 (Fundamentals of Financial and Cost Accounting) and Paper 4 (Fundamentals of Business Economics and Management)

This Class 11th/12th batch is a separate early-start track from the ₹20,000 Integrated Course — students who complete both years cover all 4 CMA Foundation papers by the end of Class 12, and can also take the Integrated Course for a consolidated revision before the exam if they choose.

Structure of CMA Foundation Examination

Passing criteria: minimum 40% marks in each paper and 50% aggregate across all four papers. Objective papers carry negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer. ICMAI conducts the CMA Foundation exam thrice a year — January, May/June, and September.
